Is there any hack to force the hot air downwards? I like saunas very hot and humid (if I want piss warm I can just go outside in the summer), but my nostrils start burning before I start to even sweat. What has worked best for me is to attend a scheduled group session where a worker fans the air around with a towel, second best is when I fan it myself. But these are both impractical for probably obvious reasons. Bigger saunas seem to better distribute the hot air as well.
Or maybe I should lay down so my head is at the same level as the rest and scoop water with my feet so I don't inhale the steamy air directly :D
