It makes me wonder where do the Santa's elves come from, how do they end up populating the shelves of general stores. Maybe something like this?

(what contributed to my chain of associations; earlier today some of my neighbors mentioned reading an add brochure advertising oil for central heating, and we talked about no matter what the product, the sales department will always do their best not to mention the unpleasant facts and only highlight the somewhat exaggerated positive vibes. And, what little I understand, the above linked video is born out from that, as it originally was kind of a satirical joke of any and all company promotional materials.)
