I feel late to the party with this blog and reading your writings. Better late than never I suppose, haha. Erkka, you have a sharp mind and a deep intellect. I also overthink things all the time. I often find my idea of a situation is much worse than the reality. I can tell that you have experienced trauma, so have I, I recognize that realness in your writing. I want you to know that you are not alone, we are all connected. I feel that. Be well brother, it’s not easy, but you deserve it.
