It is Craterellus tubaeformis - very tasty, and rich in vitamin D, potassium and some other minerals. Also has some protein - about 10% of the protein content of red meat. So not a major source of protein - yet a nice bonus, for these are often the last mushroom to grow before snow. And they often grow in groups, so a good spot can yield a decent harvest with little effort. I think in UnReal World the fungus Tellervo's gift is modeled after these, for it really feels like a gift from the goddess spirit guardian of the woods.
