The elder fisher lady called, asking if I'd like to have some pike-perch she caught yesterday. I went to fetch four fish. Since the weather wasn't that cold and there was daylight, I decided to prepare the fish outdoors at my yard. I cut the fish to fillets, half of them went to freezer, a quarter for tomorrow and the remaining quarter for today's meal. I fried the fish together with home-made French fries, so today's menu was something like a simple version of fish and chips =)
