Today's sourdough bread looks about the way I hoped it to be. It is somewhat underbaked, so maybe I need to learn more about the oven temperature and time. Both tend to be bit of a guesswork, since the oven doesn't have a thermometer, and I tend to forget exactly when I put the bread in the oven, so I just take it out when the surface starts to show first signs of getting burnt.
