Yes, generally speaking I like my home mostly tidy and organized. When there are long days of work, and different projects spanning multiple days, it easily happens that my reduced time at home goes to other things instead of cleaning. And I think "I'll just temporarily leave this here, for I'm going to need these again tomorrow or the day after that when the project continues". This week's projects have been related to the frozen culverts, helping a friend move, coding at the mill, checking if an extension cord works or not, massage, and at one point I had little time for indie coding but the indoor temperature was rather low so I set up an electric hot air blower right next to the desk. Oh well - luckily this is no more a constant state of life =)
