Actually, I have decided that this autumn I'll first slaughter the ewes, keeping some of the rams for winter. That way there won't be new lambs the coming spring. Then, it is likely that I'll just eat the last of the rams in the spring, which would mean no more sheep at my yard. No more killing. More gardening and vegetables.
