On Thursday, when I was about to go the bed there was bright full moon on the sky and a lot of birds singing. But I felt too sleepy to actually enjoy the atmosphere, so I decided to try again the next night. So, on Friday before the sunset I filled up the bathtub and lit a fire under it to heat up the water. After the sunset I enjoyed a hot bath outdoors, listening to the chorus of songbirds in the mellow twilight. And eventually when the moon showed up it was about 30 degrees different angle than I was expecting, which made me realize that pretty soon the nights will no more be dark. This picture is taken 20 minutes past midnight, very early on Saturday. The moon doesn't quite make it above the treetops, so it is about the same as the November sun.
